New Features

Added the option to split Journal Entry by member. On the Settings page, there is now an option to Split Journal Entry. If selected, you will have the option to split by Member or by Company.

Enhancements

Adjusted totals and notices for members without time. COGS members without time will have wages displayed in the Credit column only, resulting in journal entry difference and error message. COGS/Member Type or Member Type members without time will have wages included in both columns.

Fixes

Fixed sort order of holding accounts.
Fixed issue with 0.01 difference on Journal Entry page when splitting by member.
